We offer a 2-year warranty with every purchase because we believe in the quality of our jewelry. There’s no need to worry about any possible damages due to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects because we’ll take care of it. All you have to do is get in touch at care@oradina.com, and we’ll either have your piece repaired or send you a new one. Please note, all replacements covered under our 2-year warranty are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Oradina is proud to offer a free lifetime upgrade for orders placed two or more years ago. Any piece purchased from Oradina can be exchanged for a credit equivalent to the original purchase price when placing a new order of 2x or greater value.
Our products do not contain nickel. Our jewelry is made exclusively with 10k, 14k and 18k solid gold. We don’t offer any gold plated, gold vermeil or gold-filled jewelry, because those pieces quickly lose their value and initial luster.
