How do I track my online order?
We’ll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also log into your Oradina account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders ship in one business day from the time you receive our order confirmation.
How much will shipping cost?
As a thank you for shopping with Oradina, we offer complimentary shipping on all USA orders. Please note that all of our packaging is sent as gift packaging and the price is not displayed on the receipt.
Will I be charged taxes?
United States sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout based on the state of your shipping destination.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
If you need to make any adjustments to your shipping address, please do so before your order is dispatched. Please contact us at care@oradina.com to make this change.
Can I combine discounts?
Only one discount may be applied to each order. If two discount codes are entered, our system will apply the discount of greater value. Oradina has the right to hold and/or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
