Enjoy 60-day extended holiday returns! All return orders shipped within the United States will receive complimentary shipping.
Please note, we will not accept broken or damaged jewelry. Engraved or monogrammed pieces will not be eligible for return or exchange. All exchanged orders and replacement orders are final-sale. Store credits and gift cards are not eligible for a refund, only store credit.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. Look out for an email from us communicating the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.
What about returns for products that have been customized or engraved?
All custom or engraved purchases, including items that have been shortened, lengthened, or altered from its original form are non-refundable.
