What is your return/exchange policy?

Enjoy free 30-day returns & exchanges. All return orders shipped within the United States will receive complimentary shipping.
Please note, we will not accept broken or damaged jewelry. Store credits and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Store credit cannot be applied toward exchange or replacement orders. Lost packages are not eligible for a refund.
All exchanged orders and replacement orders are marked as final-sale.

How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. Look out for an email from us communicating the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.

What about returns for products that have been customized or engraved?

All custom or engraved purchases, including items that have been shortened, lengthened, or altered from its original form are non-refundable.
