Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. All return orders shipped within the United States will receive complimentary shipping.
Please note, we will not accept damaged jewelry or jewelry that shows any signs of wear. All original tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact. Engraved or monogrammed pieces will not be eligible for return or exchange. All exchanged orders are final-sale.
Send us your return order in its original packaging or smaller packaging. Oradina will not be responsible for additional fees due to larger packaging. When applicable, we reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount.
How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. Look out for an email from us communicating the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.
What about returns for products that have been customized or engraved?
All custom or engraved purchases, including items that have been shortened, lengthened, or altered from its original form are non-refundable.
