Care & Warranty

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Gold is a natural material, which means it’s susceptible to scratching and other signs of wear. To maintain your jewelry’s luster for as long as possible, we recommend following a few simple care tips below.
  • Avoid repeated exposure to harsh chemicals, such as bleach.
  • When you’re not wearing your piece, store it in its original box or a soft cloth bag to prevent scratching.
  • Clean it with a soft-bristled toothbrush, warm water and mild dish soap.
  • Buffer your piece with a polishing cloth for extra shine.

If you have additional questions about care, reach out to us via email at care@oradina.com

How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

Head to our Solid Gold Quality page to find detailed information on all of our materials.

Do any Oradina pieces contain nickel?

Absolutely not. We have extremely high standards for our jewelry and only offer pieces crafted with solid 10k, 14k, or 18k gold.

What should I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

We hope this is never the case, but our apologies if it happens. Please take a picture of the defective or incorrect item, and email that along with your order number to care@oradina.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 2-year warranty with every purchase from our store because we believe in the quality of our jewelry. There’s no need to worry about any possible damages due to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects because we’ll take care of it. All you have to do is get in touch at care@oradina.com, and we’ll either have your piece repaired or send you a new one. Please note, all replacements covered under our 2-year warranty are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Our 2-year warranty covers your purchase for two years from the original order date. Replacement orders covered under warranty are not covered for an additional two year period.

Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler?

We do not recommend it. Once your Oradina piece is worked on by a third party (including resizing and repairs), it will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.
