There’s no need to worry about any possible damages due to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects because we’ll take care of it. All you have to do is get in touch at care@oradina.com, and we’ll either have your piece repaired or send you a new one. Please note, all replacements covered under our 2-year warranty are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
