Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a complimentary 180-day warranty with every purchase. There’s no need to worry about any potential damage due to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects, as we’ll take care of it. To submit a claim under your warranty, please click here. Once you enter your order number and zip code, please select Item is broken or damaged as your return reason. As an added convenience, the discount amount you received on your original order will automatically get credited toward your new replacement order. Please click the 'Shop Now' button, select your replacement piece(s), and proceed to checkout. Once your replacement order is submitted, we will email you a return label within one business day. Your new order will automatically be shipped within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return package. All replacements covered under our warranty are subject to a $15 shipping and handling fee. Please note that lost pieces are not eligible under warranty.
