With our Lifetime Exchange Program, you can exchange any Oradina piece at any point in the future and receive full credit toward something new, for a one-time exchange fee equal to 20% of your original order value.

Select Lifetime Exchange
Enter your order number and zip code, then select Lifetime Exchange as your return reason. -
Choose Your New Piece
Once you select and add your new Oradina piece(s) to your cart, your full original purchase amount will automatically apply in the checkout summary, along with the one-time 20% exchange fee. -
Receive Your Refresh
Once your new exchange order is submitted, we will email you a return label. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your replacement from the time we receive it. We’ll send you updated tracking information as soon as your new order is on its way.

Q: Who can use the Lifetime Exchange Program?
Any Oradina customer, at any time. Even if your order falls outside our 180-day warranty window, you’re still eligible.
Q: How much does it cost?
There is a one-time exchange fee equal to 20% of your original purchase value. Your original order value is applied as credit toward your new piece(s).
Q: Can I use the program more than once?
Yes. The program is designed for lifelong flexibility, so you may exchange pieces multiple times as your collection evolves.
Q: How long does the process take?
Once we receive your piece, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your replacement. You’ll receive updated tracking details when your new piece ships.
Q: What happens if I used a discount on my original order?
As an added convenience, any discount you received on your original purchase will automatically be applied to your replacement order. Please note that live promotions or other store credit cannot be applied to exchange orders.
Q: What if my new piece costs more (or less)?

If your new piece is higher in value, you simply pay the difference at checkout.

If your new piece is lower in value, you will not retain a remaining credit.
Q: Is my Lifetime Exchange refundable?
No. Lifetime Exchanges are non-refundable. However, your new piece is still covered: you may exchange it once more within 30 days at no cost, or take advantage of another Lifetime Exchange at any time after that.
Q: Does this affect my warranty?
No. Your new piece is covered under our standard warranty, beginning from the date of your exchange.
